this drawing was more detailed in pencil
since I won't have enough time to finish, I used flat coloring
it turned out okay...^^a
if I have time in the future...I will surely color it with detail...

for now~wish everyone happy Lunar New Year~XD

haha. flat coloring never looks so bad. therefore whenever i do digitals, i use flat clororing since it's faster. this is the best chinese new year work i've ever seen from now. i so want it to be mah chinese new year calender. really fantasy look to it. really unique way of doing the hair like dat which makes the whole pic seems more interesting to look at. this makes yah want to look at the background more and see wut's going on as well. the big fish is just gorgeous, without it the background won't look as interesting. really nice composition. this is awesome.

I love how it has that flat, traditional feel, as well as a more smooth and modern style. Very very nice composition, and you really chose the colors well. I always love seeing new works from you~!
